    Yeah its simple don't get banned and don't need an ip changer.

    Theres programs that dont change your ip, but make it look like your ip has changed. You can go irc channels if you have been banned, you can go to websites that banned your ip, etc. It involves using proxies and stuff. If I remember any names but if I do, ill tell you guys.
