Change The Recycling Bin?

    I can alter folder icon images, but I cant seem to find a way to make my recycling bin different without using shareware like IconPackager. Anyone know how to do this?

    right click your desktop and go to properties
    go the the desktop tab and click the customize desktop button near the bottom
    click the recycle in icon and then click the change icon button
    there you go
