Beans. I am still looking for the problem. I am having some trouble finding it out. Right now I am in a ----load of trouble as well as I have been caught doing MANY MANY things gradually taking complete admin controls on a server 2003 domain at school to use as my own at home. Well, lets just say, I am in some deep ----. So, I may or may not be around a lot right now.

Can you tell me what build of XP you got? That may be the reason it isn't working. Man, this is screwed up... I am not coming up with a solution. So, lets compare builds.

    Not "Home" Like... hold on...

You can do this to find it out... I don't know how else to find it...:

1.Click on "Start", then "Run.." and type "regedit".
    2.Navigate to the registry key:
    "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop".
3.Once there, locate the DWORD value "PaintDesktopVersion".
4.Right click on it and select Modify.
-Value equal to "0" removes Windows version from desktop.
-Value equal to "1" adds Windows version to desktop.
    5.Reboot your computer.

If you don't have "PaintDestopVersion" then you can right click and add new DWORD value "PaintDestopVersion" then follow the steps. MAKE SURE YOU ADD IT IN "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop".

    PaintDesktopVersion REG_DWORD 0x00000001 (1) = on

    PaintDesktopVersion REG_DWORD 0x00000000 (0) = off
