Cd Reading/burning Problem

    Every time I go to burn a CD, I get an error message saying "Error loading resource.dll", from something titled "iordyUI". If I double click on the E:/ icon in My Computer, I get an error stating: "The specified module could not be found. C:\PROGRA~1\Iomega\Common\iomcopydiskshellext1.enu.il.JLSR".
    What's wrong?
