    The text i used is Army and it comes out the same so im guessing its that

    You go to select (on the top bar) > and then scroll down to ''inverse''. THe hot key for this is shift + ctrl + I.

    The text I used was't army, although I have used that before. I used ''boston traffic'', and Top Secret also works well too.

    it's a good tut, however real yellow tape has either black diagonal lines OR text, i don't think i've ever seen both on one.

    +rep though, i did like it
