have a second opinion from someone here who understands PSU's if you will, I'm just trying to make sure you get quality parts for what you pay.. And yea, that is a good case that comes with a very nice PSU also, the one xelink posted. It doesnt look amazing but its got good quality. Up to you to take it or not. 1500, you can do pretty good for that now that prices are down a bit compared to 5-6 months ago... Is that including monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers? I assume you know your stuff enough cuz u allready got the rest of the stuff figured out tho right?

O.k, lets clear some shady parts up here. You do not need $180->$200 motherboards, there are fantastic motherboards out there (DFI Lanparty Ultra-D... been recommended on these forums a lot.) It's just a lot of money to waste on something that could be saved on a just-as-good motherboard. 2. You're going to be buying in mid->late June. Why not go for a Core 2 Duo E'. They outperform the whole Athlon x2 and FX series, and they have a revitivly cheap price. They are meant to be overclockable, which would make them an unbeatable beast for quite a bit. Only downside that i could view to getting a Core 2 Duo, is the motherboards. All the mobo's will be brand new and might have gliches or something. But I doubt that anyhow. Do some studying about the Core 2 Duo's at theinquirer.com and dailytech.com. You should be able to find a Conroe benchmark at xbitlabs.com
