Car Cd Question

    ive got a '99 expedition and the cd changer went out on it a while back and now im looking at getting a new one. i took the changer it self out and was wondering if all cd changers hook up the same way, meaning could i use the original cables and stuff and pretty much plug and play.

    i think you should be able to do that
    or else the cables should come with the new cd player

    Are you talking about the I believe 6 CD changer slot in the middle console? if so, those are special fit, so your best bet is to search
    Crutchfield

    And atleast find a part # and what fits, and you can go from there. Unless you're going to just order a stock one from Ford.
