Cant Save Animations Or Transparency?

If a render here is on a transparent background, and I need to open it in photoshop 7.0 without the transparent part going white, in order to make a sig, what can I do ? I use Mozilla Firefox v1.0.6 if you want to know.

hm..why is it that whenever i do an animated userbar,

and "Save Optimized As"...it says sumthing like image-ready doesnt

support animations.blah blah blah...

??
