Cant Log-in !

:blink: Now i cant Log-in on my account.

I diffinetly know the password and the email. But when i use that Username i cant log-in.

How come it exist on the Member Search but i cant log-in into it?

Just for the record. This account was bought from .Essence. last night and past onto Visually within a few miniutes. It was previously called something different, i cannot remember the name, but GURY had changed the password on the account before. Good luck with this Visually.

 

Oo but all is ok after i changed the name and the email and password.

But now i cant log-in Oo.

Try logging in with the username .Essence. (or whatever it was when you bought it).

So instead of:

U/N: Am!r
P/W: ******

try

U/N: .Essence.
P/W: (the password for your Am!r account)

Its from Essence but the username is Synthetik when i bought it.

Hmm . Cant they just change the Username? But i think theres no problem on the name coz its just Am!r - Like Dr!ver .

Synthetik, that's right. I think it might be because there is a special character in the name. But you'll have to confirm this. Maybe if you ask an admin really nicely there could change the name to something without the special character.

 

I'm not quite sure but I remember somthing similar to this happening before, and it was because of the special character, in this case the '!'. Then I also heard that dr!ver's can work like that because his was made before it wasn't allowed or somthing like that lol, not too sure though.

 

Lol, so maybe i'll need to ask an admin to change my name?

I'm gonna pay credits if they want I just want to use it. So please guys/Admin's!

 

Well man the shop item does say:

Give yourself a new member name! If you put a character in your name, and are unable to send/recieve credits, or pms...you are outta luck, the staff will not help you fix it.

 

I saw that one too. So the shop really is not safe. But i just did copy what Dr!ver's name is. Its Am!r and so i think its safe coz someone used it. And lots of people use many characters in their name and other are too long and too many characters.

The one i changed is just too short.

 

That's because Dr!ver just stay's logged in permanently and doesn't switch back and forth in accounts.

 

Yeah and im switching with this account. But i just bought that account and so i really need to swtich to be able to change the info on that account.

Already PMed the admins ;(

If im gonna pay creds its ok. I just want my account.
