Cant Load Windows?

    Whenever I try to load windows, I get to the windows loading screen, it stays for about a second and then goes black, and restarts...

    its fine. It means It has 24 pins but the extra 4 can be clipped off for 20 pin mobos. I believe. Is your pc posting? (bios loading). If not then its possibly a DOA PSU. Are fans spinning when you turn it on?

    So if it doesnt work then RMA it or if you would like to get a new psu then get the Antec Smart Power II 500W as its cheaper than that coolermaster and alot better. But the PSU you bought the Fortron it is fine for your pc, but if it aint working then its DOA.

    I figured out the whole pin thing shortly after posting but I couldnt edit it..

    my real problem is in the new post above...I'm gonna retry going into safemode later..
