I am waking up like in 3 -2 saying i can't sleep. Just not tired i dunno. But yesterday i went to bed a 6 o'clock am. Maybe it's that illness that u can't sleep cuz there's a damaged part in the brain that controls ur sleep. =[
You mean insomnia? That means you can't fall asleep for a long period of time...I don't know if it's that severe for you.
Dam, i wouldn't know have you tried consulting a doctor? Maybe your just sleep sick or something. Not sure, good luck with the whole thing.
I'm always up at night and sleep during the day. But, that becomes a problem now that I'm back in school, because right when it's time to go to class it's also time to go to bed for me, so yeah. <_<

Sleeping Make u sleep but depresss ur Rapid eye movment (REM). Rapid eye movment make u function. and if i was that easy, i would but a dozne. P.S just take a really hot shower after a really hard practise and ur done. But the real prob, is i dunno what i am stressed of. i just feel it in my stomch, that twich.
This helps me out. I was having trouble getting to sleep yesterday, and this fixed it. When you try to fall asleep, you will generally feel more calm, relaxed, your body will feel good in your soft matress, things like that. Try to concentrate on those feelings, thinking about them, trying to intensify them. This will get your mind off of anything else your stressed about. If that doesn't work, try running a mile or two before you go to bed. You will not only be hella tired, you will be exercising your body.
well wat do u do within hour b4 u go to sleep if its that ur playing games etc its cuz the brain is still thinks its there doing the game so takes time to sleep as for waking up means that ur body is getting enuff sleep depends if u have lil naps in the day or summat like that
