so I did everything that is in the sticky and Im pretty sure I did everything right but I still can't use custom themes. I went to deviantart and downloaded THIS and extracted the file to C:/Windows/Resources/themes. Then I right clicked the desktop went to properties>appearances tab and under windows and buttons and it isn't there!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what to do <I'm seriously sad right now :tongue:
