    Well I just got my account back...

    Repped a friend for helping me on some c4D stuff...

    after that I cannot rep anyone at all???

    It matters where your looking, youve been gone for a while.
    So you might not know this, now you cant Rep in some forums.
    Not really sure which ones spacifically. An admin can tell you that.
