I disagree. If your using someone elses C4Ds, with their permission to make your work look beter, then their work still counts as being origanal, assuming that they used it combined with other effects, not just the C4D. IMO what your saying, would be the same as saying "you used a brush set from deviantart, its unoriginal."

what ur saying makes no sense:
    - Normal renders can look secks at itself too, with a really good stock or something on the bg could be more powerful then a c4d
    - "
c4d renders look gd so its easy to make them look good in sigs"
Not all c4d's look good, and what if you use your own c4d's? Also, it doesn't look good when you just paste a c4d into a sig and throw a render on it.

OMG, ive always had this same thought. I hate c4ds, and downloaded brushes. I make my own grunge brushes, use defaults, and filter effects on all my sigs. I just cant see why people use c4ds, Its always makes me feel as if the sig isnt really mine. Im glad others think this way!!

God why is everyone hating on c4d so much now, lol. C4d is a good thing to use for signatures, not everyone has the patience or the time to learn how to use Cinema 4d.

Just because some people might not have the time to learn how to make something where they can just download for free, thats no reason to talk bad about their sigs if they use it. People say original is good but unless it's made by someone whos popular, most original sigs that do get made are called crap or w/e.

No, it's not good to fill a signature with c4d, but it's bull---- to downtalk someone's sig if they use like two c4ds in it.

And yes, I can make good looking sigs without c4d, thats what I've been doing for the past month, excluding the 3 I have down there, lol.

It's cool aint it,lol. Besides, these are forum signatures, not actual art, and they shouldn't be taken as that.

Oh yeah I agree with this all.
I'm still in the learning process and I can't even come near to sigs I see here, but I do feel I can get there someday.

In this process I use other people's C4D's and yes I do use tutorials. But then again I use them to learn to eventually create my own. Of course I can follow tutorials but the real skill is to learn how to use effects yourself to create something you really want.

I think that little story completly shows how lame it is to steal stuff. Either by just following tutorials, other C4D's and maybe even stocks.

To sum up, yes you can use other people's C4D's, but don't call yourself a pro.

w/e, if you do nothing but c4d in signatures, then thats a bad thing, but if you only add about two peices of it, whats the matter?
