Can Someone Make This Under 6kb

    it is currently 16kb and its 81x81 so can someone get it under size and size it down a couple pixels and if you could slow it down but you dont have to. Also if you could make it transperant but that might be hard so you dont hafta do that either.

    it is for another site and they have rediculous avatar and sig limits

    why not just upload it to imageshack and use via link.
