I use GIMP, and I ran across a STUNNING tutorial which had an amazing outcome.. But I use GIMP so some of the things used in this tutorial I'm unfamiliar with. So I was hoping that maybe someone could Re write the tutorial for GIMP users? If that isn't allowed then I'll just have to message the owner of the tutorial.
