Call Of Duty 2 Problem

How do I change my username <_<

I can't figure it out and I don't like being "DefaultPlayer".

 

you can change it in he muli-player menu. Or you can change it in game but hitting the ~ "tilde" key and bring down console and type /name "whatever"


1) From the main menu select Multiplayer options.
2) Highlight the name field and remove any existing text.
3) To color your name you must insert "^x" before the letter you wish to color, "x" representing one of the numbers below. Each number refers to a specific color. Thus, if your handle was "Player" printed in blue, you would enter "^4Player" as your name.

0 = Black
1 = Red
2 = Green
3 = Yellow
4 = Blue
5 = Cyan
6 = Magenta
7 = White

I believe 8 works too, it's just not a specific color, if i remember correctly it changes depending on which allied team is on that specific map.
