Nice Sig.. All i can guess is rippled C4D either that or a applyed image lighting effect rippled and set to something.

 

ill say a desaturated render with polar quordinates and ripple on colour dodge

 

i love it, distort filters? the tag looks awesome! i use c4ds when im really lazy, when im making sigs for full rights, i dont use c4d for the whole tut, c4d for me is just to add a slight flow/smooth effect for the tag
