I just made my first C4D abstract render today :D Prob is that when it comes to rendering it mucks up...

I tried at high resolution and said that not enogh memory, i then tried at a worthless 480x360 and it gave the same thing.

It takes ages to load into C4D probs because its so big.

I have a 2.93 P4 with 1GIG RAMs so i dont know why this is hppening...

Could someone help me out with why its doing it, and also if someone can render it for me at a massive resoluion ike 2000x2000. Name your price :D

And PM if your interested. ty :)

I'd be willing to do it for free if you give me a .c4d file and the requested size and dpi ^_^

    lolz

    Even I can do it

Your PC cant handle the res/DPI/maybe reflections/maybe the detail you put into it

Ive got 1GB as well but it all depends on the size , quality and detail of the piece - If these factors are large then chances are that C4D will nick your resources and just end saying that

Well if you havent PMed the guy above me - I can probably do it for you as I have my PC on all day ^_^

Sorry for being a nerd but how do we save files as .TIFF etc in C4D?

    lol

Open up C4D with ur stuff > Render > Render settings > Save [ I think ] > Choose Tiff from there

    Ill render it soon...

EDIT - No wonder its crashing on yours - Too xtreme of a size - I am going to do it 1024x768 - More than that its using way too much memory and will forever to render as u want antialiasing on it as well

Atm its using 1.5GB out of my 2GB memory and its rendering atm so I hope its suitable enough - 2hours to render

Nice image though - But the hypernurbs makes it xtremely laggy :) and also the size of it
