C3d Help Please.

Okay, i made a necklace:

(its big so i can resize it smaller any time)

and i saved the .c3d, so when i open it, i can just change texture, and stuff..but, when i try to change the texture, crap like this happens

and

(the texture affected the chain) and sometimes it changes the chain color too...like the first one but with the chain

How can i make it so i can just amke the texture i use effect the chain, or text...and not mess up the animation like the above things

the first is cool, but thats the only time...the rest of the times the chain morphs and messes it all up, thanks dude though
