Try and talk her into getting rid of it, blocks you from doing school work or what ever you think will work. Call the ISP and tell them to remove it, if you need to say you are your mom or dad, should work. At my school we sometimes could get past a couple of filters by using the IP of the site and not the url. http://www.hcidata.co.uk/host2ip.htm Try that, if you can't get on the site i will post an IP of a site you know that is blocked for you. 70.86.27.58 is imageshack.
I had to do that, just make something up like, they don't like you printing a lot of stuff off, they don't like under 18s on there own etc, this computer is for "homework" non gets done on it though.

Do you have a friend who has unblocked internet access? If so, you could have him install the software at http://www.peacefire.org/ and give you the IP address, so you can get to everything you want.
