A few things. First off, with every President, there are pros and cons to their administration. No President, has been perfect, nor near it. He may have more people against him then any other, but lets face it the people of the US now, are far too judgemental, and too...attention seeking. They want to go against the grain. If they can get attention by saying, "Our President sucks! IMPEACH!" He is going to get attention. I will admit he's made mistakes, who hasn't? But to say our President sucks is very disrespectful, you don't have to respect the person, but at leaste have enough patriotism to respect his position. If you don't like Bush, then you can say it, but you don't have to be as disrespectful about it. Besides, he's better then Kerry, or Gore. So, I'm fine with him now. If Clinton would have been running against him, I would rather Clinton, mainly because of how our economy boomed under Clinton. However Kerry would have done something stupid like, pull our troops. You can't just do that, Iraq would fall to Terrorism again, and it would just start over. These things take time.
I'll never respect what he's done to ruin this once good country. I hate Bush, and I WILL say it. It's called Freedom of Speech. I have the right to question what Bush is doing, and I don't respect what he's doing. I don't respect the pointless war he's started, the Patriot Act, his run against Gay Marriage, or his statement that the constitution is just a "piece of paper". He has no idea what he's doing... and he stands for everything America doesn't.
His run against gay marriage? Um...he thinks it's wrong, and that a marriage is for a man and a woman. He didn't start the war, the people who ran into our buildings did. The Iraq thing, just kind of happened when Saddam started running his mouth. Also, since when do you get to decide what America stands for? You aren't America, you're part of it. Personally I would rather have a President who stands for what he believes in, rather then one whom goes with the wind. You do have the right to say what you want, I didn't say you didn't. However you do need to atleaste respect his position, and if you don't respect his position, then you don't need to be in America. Don't misunderstand me, you can disrespect him all you want.
I agree with his run against gay marriage, I agree that abortion is murder, I also agree with the war. I also thing he is the better of the two evils we have had to pick from the last two elections.
