Brushes And Fonts...

when u download a font or brush and save it.. how do u use them in photo shop..... ive open them several times but i cant get them to come up in ps. plz help

 

for brushes, extract it from the .zip or .rar file,
in ps, click brushes, in that main menu bar along the top, click on the little triangle facing right. select "load brushes" then browse to your brush file and click open.

extract your font files to c:\windows\fonts
(i also have trouble with this, alot of the time i'l extract the font, but photoshop doesnt have it listed in the fonts choice, and yes..ive tried closing and reopening >_>)

If your still having problems, please read my tutorial in " Tutorials Section ", and read the tutorial " Install Brushes " or something liek that i made it.

 

You'll have to look in c:\windows\fonts after you extract your files there, make sure the new fonts show up. If they don't show up, exit out of the font folder and re-enter it again. The new fonts should show up then. THEN, launch photoshop and the new fonts will be there.

 

First u upload it from wherever u saved it to when u downloaded it then add it to your bursh options

Fonts u need to put them in the font file under my computer..just drag the font file into the font folder

 

Fonts:
C:\WINDOWS\Fonts

Brushes:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Presets\Brushes
