~breaking News About Cod 4~

I just read in this months OXM that Call of Duty 4 developers announced that their fourth installment will not be set in WWII. It will be set in modern day! I found this pretty weird, but might be good. Since WWII has been done billions of times in video games, I don't know what else they can do! What do you guys think?

 

My mate told me a week or so ago that it won't be in WWII, but he wasn't sure when. Do you know if it will be PC only? 'Cus CoD3 will be console only...

 

Hmm...it could work. WE'll have to wait and see.

it probably work but i dont it that it will fit in with the series, a plus ever new fps these days are set in the modern day or in a couple of years time, its all the same.

 

i think the game will prlly be decent now

 

They should make a good World War I game as well as a good Civil War game

 

There is a really good civil war game. Its a mod for the source engine. Its called Battleground 2, its pretty fun ^^

There is also a mod for WWI but I heard its not that good and its not on the source engine :/

 

yeah. i think that setting in the modern day is a good choice too. fresher game contents for gamers.

 

if its modern it will most likly be about the war on terrorism or like isreal and lebennon and what not...

 

make it like CTs and Ts like in counter strike. lol

I Have Heard That COD 4 Will Be WWII .. But COD 5 Will Be Modern But I Have No Clue But One Thing That Really Bugs Me Is That COD 3 Is Not ON PC
