The find a cheater at this Counter Strike lan thing and they just grab him and his computer, through the guy on the ground, then chuck his computer on the ground breaking it(a $2000 pc)

    Is this even legall....or well...idk...

All I know if that was my pc they threw I would be on the guy who threw it in seconds pounding his nerdy face into the concrete

Of course that isn't legal if those guys that threw him out were part of the staff they dont run a very proffesional business and Im positive that he can sue them. im sure there isnt a disclaimer on the door stating that if you cheat they can destroy your property

Clearly fake, I mean the kid isn't even upset that his computer got broken. He just started to walk away.

The only way they would be allowed to is if he signed a disclaimer first. just because I cheat to win a race in the olympics my opponent can shoot me?
