Don't get that sunbeam cpu cooler, it's just a refake from sunbeam and it just looks like arctic freezer 7 --- I have now.

The fans are very loud, you can decide yourself.

Psu: NO, don't get it. I'll leave that to xelink.

Arctic Ceramique? Hmm I always use Silver 5, but you can decide yourself.

arctic ceramique is fine. Some peopel prefer it over AS5, some don't. The way i see it is this, it's aboiut the same performance(has a logner set time though)

as for fans... ehh i doubt they're realy that quiet or push that much air.
and if they are they probably have like no static pressure and if that's the case, they'll mveo around their rted CFM but it will move like this sort of(when in open air)

    in a vortex...
and when not in open air the blades might just be spinning.
    my recomendation for good fans

take your pick of the above... They're popular in overclocking forums because they push a relatively high amount of air with high static pressure relatively quietly for a cheap price.

if you absolutely need what will become an annoyance(a blue light)
try messing with some of these(take your pick)

and the beautiful thing is you can put them on either a switch or a voltage dimmer to turn them off/down without affecting yoru case airflow.

and the HSF, well not that sure about it. definately not up to 3.6GHz 24/7 for an extended period of time.
dude, that's a 50% overclock on what will be an overvolt. That is nearly doubel the wattage and heat output.
for that kind of stuff you need some serious coolers
    Tuniq Tower
    Scythe Infinity
Thermalright Ultra-120 with a good fan(a single yate loon would suffice)

PSU, won't suffice for 3.6GHz 24/7 I'll tell you that.

enhance isn't horirbly well know because it mostly makes PSUs in the industrial sector, so you don't end up paying as big $$$ for a highend PSU. Silverstone uses mroe or less the same unit but charges 50% more.

edit: to answer your question now that Ive read it, I highly doubt it.
download core temp and check your CPU temps, I'm one fo those crazy people an I like to keep my CPU below 50C under load.
also what stability testing have you done?

DL orthos and see fi it will run for 24 horus stright to test, and then try checkign core temp while its running.

RAM works best 1:1 wiutht he FSB(which means at 400FSB that RAM will run at 800mhz)

here's what I'm currently running at, using scythe infinity, ntoe that it is currently night time so it's a bit chillier than normal since the air is colder...

    idle(not doing anything)
    http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/3065/idletempzj1.png

load(running orthos, CPU would probably settle to 1-2C higher if i left rothos on longer but I want to use my computer so no...)

and yes, i know my CPu runs chilly I have it on an undervolt(through software , it's set to 1.325V in BIOS, the lowest BIOS allows)
