    my friend brought some over, and were using a short plumbing pipe to launch them at cars.

    I know this is late but you will need to put something over one end of the pipe. The rockets work by the exhaust gasses pushing off something (the ground), so you need to substitute something for the ground. Of course, this is all assuming that you're using it like a rocket launcher of sorts.

    all in all, it ended of pretty good
