Borders Need Help

i have made some tight borders for my sigs but just cant find a way to make those tight lines people always have on them whenever i do mine the picture starts getting screwed up anyone have a tutorial.

 

Do you have an example of this....border...

Make them yourself with the pen tool, im sure there is a tut in the tut section. Look for "tech borders". This is the wrong section to be posting this.

 

i was using a different tool before thats probley why.thanks for the help

 

you can use rectangular marquee tool.
