If you know anything about design you will know that there are correct ways and incorrect ways of using.implementing a color. The negatives of a color only present itself if you do not know how to use it, not "regardless" of the situation. Sorry if I did not read his post in the contest thread. I do not spend all day browsing the internet, I am proud to say I have a life, real job, family, etc.
i know enough about web design to know that, so yeah, i agree, colors can always be used for harmony or they can clash and reate a negative feel, for some reason all i see from AMs is a negative feel, it doesnt feel like GR to me... but i guess if it does to him thats all that matters, right? anywho, it IS proven that certain shades will reflect certain emotiosn amongst different peoples psyches regardless if its used correctly or not (such as desire for green, or feeling greedy, or being angry when red is around). Given thats outside the norm, but it still is reguardless.

lol dementia your true about your colors thing but u forgot something realy important imo. colors feelling like u said are important, but not that much for a website imo. If you talk about a house, or a room where you gonna spend a lot of time in your life, and lives in during days and days ....OK now you talk about something. But when you talk about a WEBSITE it doesn't care at all. If colors match, and looks good when they are mixed, its probably the best way that you gonna attract people to your site. And trust me when i look at this template im pretty happy And i dont wanna cry cause its green.... I dont wanna kill my self cause the website is green... Seems like you forgot that cause a website is temporary.... Exept if you spend 15 hour of each days in GM... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Now for your skin I realy like it. I love it. I posted in the discussion thread saying as much, but I figured I might as well repeat myself here. The only problem I can see with it is the purple for render mod. Could it perhaps be a little less saturated? It really stands out. And I love the colours - lime and black/dark grey = sex. Take into account that Gamerenders current skin is all a desaturated, dark blue, and your arguement becomes nullified. Blue = depressed. It's no coincidence that "blue" is used to describe depression. "Feeling blue?" Etc. etc. Black and green has absolutely nothing on dark blue.
