It should but heres how you would do it if your laptop supports it -

Go to my computer> double click @ the "My Bluetooth Places>
Select> find Bluetooth device> icon> Motorola Phone> icon will display.
Right click on the icon and select Pair device> You may enter any Bluetooth Pin Code eg. 1234 and select OK.
your phone will display >Bond with Laptop Name?
Select YES and enter the same passkey as what you had key in for the laptop, 1234.
    It is done.

    i got the motorola e1000

and i wouldn't use Bluetooth, caus its too slow

use the data cable! this is much faster and easier ;)

just install Mobile Phone Tools and follow the instructions

    its very easy ;)

Ok bluetooth should work on any computer/laptop if even worked on my old win 98 lol. I use mine with my snazzy samsung d500. You need either a usb cable or a bluetooth adaptor which ae both very cheap using your trusted friend, ebay! where i got mine from for £4 ($7) . Then all you do is plug the bluetooth adaptor in then run bluetooth from your fone it will find each other. for the camble just attach it to you usb port and to your fone and the same will happen. But i would bother tansferring lol (i should check spelling lol) your phone only has like 2mb storage 5mb at most lol, mine has 92mb which is gd for a fone. Ok hope this helps creds creatley appriciated.

Exactly as I thought no bluetooth in your laptop. You will either have to do via cable or get a bluetooth adapter to plug into you laptop.
