There will also be an announcement of a new game to come from Blizzard. It is rumored to be Diablo 3, but there is no absolute confirmation. I've read on some websites who are going to the event that they had dinner with a few Blizzard employees. When they asked any question the announcement, they wouldn't open their mouth the slightest bit about it.

I have been watching the teasers for days now. The rumor of it being Diablo III is slightly misleading. Blizzard has quite a few games in the works, and all of them have been rumored. Starcraft II and Wrath of the Lich King were also thrown in the mix. I do seriously hope it will be Diablo III though, because lets face it, World of Warcraft is a horrible game.

Anyways, 2:45-4:00 am PST tomorrow morning, we should know for sure.

Yes, a horrible game that has set numerous world records and is currently the highest populated MMO in the history of gaming. Yup, sure sucks. Don't see why anyone plays it.

Diablo 3, if it was in the works, will suck. Blizzard north, the creators of D1, D2, and D2:LoD split from Blizzard, it would lack defining characteristics of the Diablo series to make a Diablo 3 without the same team.

BTW, WotLK is going to be the major focus being playable at the WWI, and the eyes are in the shape of all prior eye details of the Lich King, its more than likely that they will be announcing the actual release date for the game at the WWI, or at least initiating beta, or announcing beta, as alpha testing is already in process.

Hah. The Blizzard North team also created Hellgate: London, which is crap. So I am guessing that there was a bit more to it than that. Blizzard however, as a whole, has never failed to deliver. Additionally, many members of the Blizzard North team went back to Blizzard after the split, some also created their own studios, which Blizzard could have 'possibly' brought back to work on a "secret project" (aka Diablo III). As for WoW, it is just my opinion, slightly brutalized with fanboyism for the Diablo and Starcraft series.
