Hello everyone! I'd just like to let everybody know about a few things that have happened at BMG. The first is that I've installed a "Latest Render" gallery. Each time someone posts a new render (in the premium) section, it shows up on the forum index. Second off, I'm converting all our tutorials to html/text, for better search engine indexing. To check it out, hit the link below: http://www.blindmansgfx.net/template_tutorial.html Thirdly, I've put a few adverts on the site. (On the forums, they're un-noticeable, really). This revenue will help pay for SOTW prizes. And speaking of the Sig of the week, It will open May 5th. Prizes are still to be determined, but I was thinking about a subscription to gamewallpapers.com, a subscription to deviantart.com, or perhaps a BlindMansGFX.net T-Shirt? These are not final, but the winner will be able to choose his or her prize. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the SOTW, so be sure to just head on over here and post: http://blindmansgfx.net/forums/showthread.php?tid=169 thanks
Ahem. SOTW starts this Sunday. I need some prize suggestions. I always thought credits were a really boring prize. I want to give out something worth value. Here's my thoughts on prizes so far... 3 month Photobucket "---" account 3 month subscription to Deviant Art 1 year gamewallpapers.com account Your choice of a game on steam http://blindmansgfx.net/forums/showthread.php?tid=276 I figure having ads on your board and still giving out just credits as prizes is pretty lame. So this is what I'm doing.
BlindMansGFX SOTW #1 BlindMansGFX first SOTW competition has started! We have some fabulous prizes for this SOTW. Good job on the forums and site! But can i just say, don't insult people for using free forums, afterall, BMG runs on MyBB, which is free.
