Needs a tad stronger light source. Love effects and how they match the render. Even if dark green is presisting color it's not monotone. The background for some reason makes it feel all nice and realistic...i love it love your style. that's my C&C hope it's not harsh it's just constructive criticism
Needs a light source. Though the effects are nice, they are really really repetitive. It looks like the same effect just duplicated and flipped here and there, you know? Good colors. This is your best so far.
The style / depth is nice. Strengthen the focal and make the foreground more fitting with the render, looks a bit weird.
Smex flow. Also, I love the atmosphere here. It matches Byakuya's personality to the tee. ^_^ I agree that it needs a stronger light source. But this will be a tad difficult (good excercise) because the render doesn't have very strong lighting. Which means you'll have to be careful. I would try to force some lighting... Carefully. ^_^ When lighting is forced, it can look terrible. But if done right, a little bit of forced lighting can give your tag the pop it needed. Give it a whirl, see what you come up with. But remember to think about where you want your light source and then burn and dodge your render accordingly.
