I did this during the period which I had no Internet for 3 months, No tutorials and I had no knowledge of Making templates. So please rate and comment on it.
What I do like: The button bar the way news/Updates looks the wallpaper effect in the bg What i don't like: The text looks funny, all of it. I think lay off the drop shadow and add anti aliasing or something. The Main, statistics, media, and database background image.... I don't like the way that looks. The Latest manga chapter | Latest manga episode is hard to read. The gradient behind it looks bad to me. Consider adding an extremely light gray box around the news/updates and that post. I think it will look better then.
