How much did you pay for that? The render seems kind of out of place, and the BG looks kind of basic, not to mention the text is alright at best. It's good, but I hope you didn't pay much for the tutorial.
It's not blended enough for me.. Smudge the stock some, because it just seems like you made effects around him without actually blending him in.. Clean up around his head area, I see yellow and red on his head which doesn't look good. The positioning is odd.. I would have placed the guy in the middle of the signature since he has effects coming outward from every angle of him.
