I've made a handful of versions for this so far, and I'm not really sure which to keep. I already know the text sucks, so you can skip that in the C & C. =) I'm planning on entering this in a battle with several people, so I could really use some help. Any suggestions on what to improve or remove would be nice. Thanks in advance. This version was more of a test of the gradient map than anything. Nothing really serious...
i like the red and white one on the bottom, don't like the right side though, lacking too much detail.
The guy in the picture doesn't go with the theme, unless you contrast him and make him darker. Also sharpen it a bit, so we can see more detail. but very nice overall. ;]
I'd sharpen it, but all the stocks used were pretty bad quality except for one. Sharpening it just makes it look weirder, or maybe I'm just overdoing it. But you have a point on the contrast. That's something I might be able to work on easily enough.
