Big Reward Template Contest

My assignement:
The template must be dark, not too big!

http://www.traffic-sign.be is the current site, I need it updated,

The site is for a rock band so.. make it rock.
I like grey and black. but let you imagination work
If you can I have this idea with a "Do not cross" thing, a kind of tape like http://www.mustangs.org/academics/science/...Not_Cross_8.JPG, but with bullet holes
Make it grungy modern, but pro!!!
