    Oof?
    -sigh-

Asking if all Indian people eat with their hands is hardly racist, making up last names based on her ethnic origin is not racist, at least the ones Jade said.

As im in England, I constantly get comments like "Do ALL english people drink tea?" etc. Hardly a big deal, but at the same damn level as asking if they eat with their hands. The last name thing is hardly a big deal either, go watch simpsons, if Jades racist, so is Simpsons and a...fairly huge number of programs atm, including Little Britain.

    People need to stop crying.

first off, i think big brother is a pile of it, especially the celeb one
2 - jade goody is a moron, ive seen more brains on a dead budgie - however, i dont think she was being rascist, and i know a lot of people (im in the uk) whom would say she's being honest.

however i reckon if shilpa decided to slant white/british people we couldnt say anything.

rascism is over-rated, if you tend to disagree with a iraqi/indian/brown person, everything you say becomes rascist - its pathetic.

a friend of mine is of pakistani origin,
so because ive said pakistan are you going to call me rascist?
i never understood why calling someone from pakistan a paki was rascist either, EXAMPLE:
    British People: Brits
    Turkish : Turks
    Iraq : Iraqi
    American : Yank
    Sweden :Sweeds

so why is it wrong to say
    Pakistan people : Paki

    ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Anyway back on topic, i think without realising it, fat retard jade has expressed he views and opinions WITHOUT being rascist - at the end of the day we have freedom of speech to voice our opinions.

god i hate these threads, because its the eternal bull---- agument.

But the thing is that if Shilpa was white, not indian, would she get abused and bullied? No. They're bullying her just because she's from a different country, different race and different skin colour. If Shilpa was british and not Indian she certainly would not be abused and bullied. I dunno if the comments were racist, but I'm almost certain that if Shilpa was British, she would not treatd like how she has been.

no actually i wouldnt find that funny,She called her 'Shilpa f**kawalla and i woldnt find that funny either.

I agree with you that danielle was the worst and jade was just the person who said things out loud.Theres no doubt abt that at all.

I also dont think jade is racist as such she could be a lil but im not 2 sure on this.is it her being stupid or racist.Just depends on the person looking at it i suppose

oh yeh any1 heard about what that girl said on shipwrecked?

Race Row Jade's Plan To Save Career

Disgraced Celebrity Big Brother star Jade Goody is to tour India in attempt to rehabilitate her public image. She revealed her plan for a trip to India in an effort to build race relations during a television interview.

She also spoke about how she had endured attacks on her home since she invoked widespread public condemnation after she was accused of racist bullying towards Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty.

She told channel Five's The Wright Stuff: "I'm thinking about going over there
because I've been invited over there. I don't know who by but they are high-up people."

Goody claimed her home was under attack as a result of the Celebrity Big Brother race row.

The shamed star said windows at her house in Ongar, Essex, were smashed. Neither she nor her two children were home at the time.

Goody has been staying at a hotel since her eviction from the Channel 4 show and has yet to be reunited with her sons - whom she last saw before entering the Big Brother house about three weeks ago.

She says she is "not in the right frame of mind" to see them. They are staying with relatives.

Essex Police said they had logged the incident as criminal damage but added that the damage was minimal.

Politician and former Celebrity Big Brother housemate George Galloway was a fellow guest on the programme and turned out to be one of her biggest supporters.

Channel 4 has launched a review of Celebrity Big Brother and announced that it has appointed human rights lawyer Rabinder Singh QC to take part

Maybe not you but quite a large amount of people would find that funny, there are so many films out now that have racial comments in it but i don't see people moaning about that.

I also don't think Jade's opinions about Shilpa would change either whether she was white, black, muslim, green, orange, pink...you get my drift, they have a dislike for each other as we all have a dislike for someone.

Yes Jade said most of the things out loud but Danielle did also, just not as loud as Jade did. Now i could call most of the house mates in there racist as there were a few of them laughing, jeering and making comments of their own but i won't.

Jade like many other people i know make stupid comments from time to time like we all do, she is just getting more slack about it because she is famous. I will also admit myself that i have called people a paki, ****** etc whilst having an argument with another but i am in no way racist and in all fairness to myself they called me first.

I am sure you know where i am coming from and i would like to say again i do not think she was being racist one little bit.

i hope jade's career is ruined forever, shilpa was being bullied but the racism was based on ignorance but none the less it WAS racism because of the way she talked about her.

making fun of accents is all fun and all but she was doing it behind her back and the stupid pig jade would not say it to face. its not what you say its the way you say it and in what context.

Reality or not, it makes no difference whatsoever.

Kids nowadays tend to copy alot of stars and what they do within their life, whether it be through movies, radio, porn whatever, there will always be children copying exactly what their idol does.

Now this is where i get back onto the films out there now with racial comments in them, kids are watching these films and think it is alright to call someone a 'paki, honkey, ******' and they will keep on doing so until someone tells them different.

Again i stick to everything i have said about Jade, so what if she said those things on a so called 'live' show, who cares? There are plenty more things going on in the world than Jade and Shilpa having their petty little arguments.

Instead of the media concentrating on those two, why don't they open their eyes to what else is going on around them? I for one couldn't care less about those two as their are far worse things going on right now.
