I am interested in buying one of the following games but they both lood so good. Which one you think is good and give a good explaination.
Counter Strike Source cause 1 - it comes free with Half Life 2 (---- YEAH! GAME OF THE YEAR!) 2 - Valve actually gives a damn about their customers 3 - Its not made by EA 4 - the Community is enormous, and you can skin your weapons 5 - Its just ----ing better, ok?
Source is good don't get me wrong but it is really the same game released five years ago on the Half Life 1 engine. The only thing they really changed was the graphics in the game. Battlefield on the other hand offers a new, fun experince for online gamers and massive battles.
Well then I suggest you play Source more. They redid the physics engine in it as well so there's alot different. The maps have different view angles while keeping the same basic layouts, plus they just look alot better to me. Yes 1.6 will probably never be taken down anytime soon since it's in the hearts of many gamers, but with time Source will take over I believe. I have all three games (1.6, Source and BF2) and BF2 isnt a bad game, but I still prefer Source over it. Pretty much for the same reasons BLKfalc posted.
if they fixed bf2 then it would be my choice but its just so screwed up right now i cant see staight, therefore, cs:s, but only for now...
BattleField, isn't that great, so go with source. I played a demo, everything seemed cluttered in BF 2.
