I baught a Betta just yesterday and i baught a vace for it. When i came home i just noticed that it had small silver blue scales around its face. Also when buying the Betta i baught a Conditioner for it I put in 15 drops of it to get the chlorine out. Is it maybe the chlorine? the Purified tap water? or is the fish just that way? No i didnt get a filter (they dont need)
