Best Web Host?

    I am looking for the best webhosting service that will allow me to install a IPB board along with the capability of fantastico. Anyone?

    Any host with ACP. Just look for the Admin Control Panel info and if it has it you can install fantastico easily. Most hosts allow boards anyways, but will not provide the files because it costs alot of money for a liscence.
