Best Rts?

In your opinion, whats the best RTS (Real-TIme Strategy Game)?

Im planning on buying one, and want to know which is the best...\

edit: fixed typo in title

C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge. Hands down best RTS. Well atleast to me.

thats a good one. but i recomend Dawn of War or Dawn of War: Winter Assualt (WA is coming out soon)

Hmm. I would help you out by giving my opinion but i dont think i have ever played one
Closest thing i have played is Final Fantasy(all)

thanks, ill check them all out. ive been thinking Age of Empires...

WA is already out; it's quite fun.

I like StarCraft!

C&C Red Alert 2 or graphics wise id say C&C Generals

new AOE is coming out shortly, sprisingly its actually looking to be a decient game.

however i'd say that starcraft is still the best RTS ever for multiplayer, most balanced and competative game ive played yet. if your looking for something a little more up to date but with the same scale online action i'd say WC3 or CnC generals.

ooh you should also wait til LOTR Battle of Middle Earth 2 comes out,i saw gameplay of it on ign, awesome.

C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge is good but then you need to buy C&C Red Alert 2. Dawn of War is fantastic 9/10 haven't played Dawn of War winter assasult...yet

Commadn and conquer generasls, Age of empires, Black and white 2.

O Gnoes! I Suggest any Command and Conquer Game! Except Renegade cuz thats FPS... but any others are great RTS games! Renegade is fun too! I suggest really just getting the pack of 5 for $20! comes with Red Alert 2, Yuri's Revenge, Renegade, and some Tiberian Sun games!

any Command and Conquer game i have all of them and they are all great

I have a few

Any Warcraft
Starcraft
Rise of Nations
Strong hold 2
C&C
