Flaming, flaming, and more flaming. People who don't switch to Firefox or Opera are just too stubborn in the first place to ever to give in. People with a lot of posts also seem to have big heads...

IE with SP2 is a better but going FF is still a safer bet, what you have is malicious spyware, so your going to have to get some spyware removal software, I recommend three, all three of them and they are SpyBot, Ad-Aware, and Microsoft Beta, they each detect different things and work well together. My only advice it you can never be too careful when it comes to these types of things.

I have this exact pop up problem. For all the people going on about firefox, this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WHATSOEVER WITH WHAT BROWSER YOU ARE USING.

Most of the popups open in IE for me, even though firefox is the browser I use, and is set to my default browser.

The next person who posts anything about

    a. Firefox or
    b. Google

needs to get out of this thread because you are not helping at all.

    yea, go figure.

I suggest trying Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware, and Microsoft for spyware killers, as said many times before. they each search different things.

There is no one program that can kill all. not even your AV cant detect and kill all. It's impossible. But good thing it can kill most.
