Black Ice is supposed to be good, but it's for more experienced PC users. Lots of things to tweak and such.

I had it, it confused me, so I'm sticking with Zone Alarm.

Im testing Steelsecurity at the moment. It comes from a very reliable company and is designed for the modern day gamer. Otherwise ive been using ZA pro and it does it's job well.

take a look at my free list pinned above. my favorite was Sygate, but Symantec bought them out, so its not free anymore. I could get you the last free version, theres no updates for it anymore, but it was good and still is.

If youre willing to pay in a little, ETrust Security Suite is awesome. Anti-Virus, Anti-spyware, Anti-Spam, and Firewall all in one.

I heard Zone Alarm spies on the user, if it's been paid for, that is.
