Firefox by far. Easily customizable, pretty secure, nice GUI, and tons of add-ons. Although I do have a problem with FF. I just cant stand how much memory it hogs up.
Firefox all the way, it's just such a simplistic interface which only contains the necessary buttons. Sometimes 'Less is More'. ^_^
What everyone seems to forget is Fire-Fox used Opera as a template. In other works FF copied Opera and all the great features opera has to offer which I might add BLOWS ff away, I know I used FF for years till I heard about Opera, and discovered who was really the innovator!! Trust me you will switch over if you try the big O, I did! http://www.opera.com/download/
I have IE 7, FireFox and Opera. I used Opera for few days but I still like FireFox more so guess I can't trust you that much after all
might be good on a mac, and when I say good I mean OK. but the PC version I tried was ----ty. text seemed weird, seemed no faster than any other browser and the scroll wheel didn't work when i middle clicked. I use that to read.
then there's most likely something wrong with your computer, I'd suggest a simple reinstallation of the OS.
Being a web designer, I would go w/ FireFox. Opera is good too but it has some HTML rendering issues...Firefox usually works right out of the box for any site I make...IE 6 of course with it's lack of PNG support and IE 7 with its enormous amount of bugs just make them worthless.... <_<
