Im looking to put ads on my site but the only company that I really know of that pays you for putting theirs ads on your site is google. Has anyone used any other company before and what was the outcome?
I use adsense. They are great! I love it. I currently have $96 on my account and when I get $100 they will send me a check or send to my bank account. Ad placement is also easy, simply copy paste. There is also a lot of variety and they're great with matching to your site.
I would stick with google as well. The banner consists only of text links, so they aren't obnoxiously annoying, and as jebi se said
Well I haven't even started my site yet, so its definitely small scale. I just wish they would tell you how much you get per 1000 impressions.
Adsense is pretty good. My account finally reached $100 i will continue using it for the rest of the year...
Ya, I guess that's what im going to use. I have been looking at other, and apparently they have been smoking crack because they want you to pay them like $14 a month for a small scale website.
