Yeah, i think its a forward domains, like .tk, but i would pefer not to suscribe cause if your making a portfolio or a forum and someone decited to go to your site, they would exit straight away. i know this from expericance, and i have been there my self i guess most of people been there, by ignoring it, cause the site was cheap.. This might help..
They're not forwarded, these act like real domains. So say your site was myjoint.be and your forums were located in a subfolder on your hosting, you could go to myjoint.be/forums

Hmm, I find that these .be, .tk and .co.nr URLs are overused, and pointless. Domain names are there to be owned, not to be used for free IMO.
