great compo and amazing realism. Overall it just has such an amazing feel to the tag. I don't like the topaz on Manhanan's and i think the BG is overblurred :/

But.. as close as it might get...

Manahan - your tag seems very mono-chromatic to me, the background has been distorted and for me, doesn't quite capture the essence of the render. I have to commend you though for your amazing smudging on the render. But you've done something that most small tags like these tend to forget - is that because they are working with a smaller canvas, you tend to underestimate the font size needed. In my opinion the text is awesome, I like the font you've used for "Abyss" ... and the blending work is awesome, but it is REALLY hard to read [especially the SOTW part of it.]

Pulse - great stock photo, great lighting effect, great brushing. But overall, I feel that... it's still underdeveloped in most cases. The only thing that distinguishes this from the stock photo is the flowers added in, but... its a great choice of a flower. The lighting levels do need a bit of work in my opinion, as you seem to be changing only the brightness/contrast levels. Are you using a curves layer? Cause that would be easier to look into. Your tag seems more appealing on dark backgrounds as opposed to the lighter ones.

Hmm... it is really close.
But... i have to say, Manahan 'just' gets my vote.
