It wasn't an attempt at gaining sympathy. I simply said I wasn't going to re-apply. I didn't expect that to change anything.

Well, I wasn't withdrawing my application, I thought I was rejected at that point. If this means I'm in, I'm happy to join. I just didn't wanna get caught up trying to get in, thats all.
