Therefore anyone is allowed to use it.

 

Because if you use an image that isn't a stock and you don't have permission to use it it's classed as ripping :/ There's been cases before with this image. I just couldn't remember the verdict of whether it was a stock or not.

 

Let's look at the hardcore facts shall we?

1. It's the the Resources > Stock Images section.
2. In the description she states: "this image is for stock use, it is the only image in my gallery for stock use"

So it's a stock.
